Job Description

  1. Improving processes and procedures, and ensuring operations are on time and within budget. 
  2. Maintaining communication with managers, staff, and vendors.
  3. Identifying and resolving operational issues or bottlenecks.
  4. Feeding the Data and maintaining the records in Microsoft excel and other data management sofwares.
  5. Drafting the letters and other records in Mircosoft word format.
  6. Maintaining the Inventory records.
  7. Access google sheets and other internet tools efficiently.
