Job Description

  1. Creating and sending invoices: Preparing and sending invoices to customers for services rendered.
  2. Managing accounts: Keeping track of client accounts, balances, and payment information.
  3. Processing payments: Receiving, organizing, and updating payments from customer. 
  4. Resolving issues: Identifying and resolving issues with billing, payments, or income processing. 
  5. Reconciling accounts: Reconciling sales order records with shipping documents to ensure clients are billed correctly.
