Job Description

  • Recruitment and hiring: Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Training and developing employees: Conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Payroll & Compliance: Managing Payroll & Compliance issues. 
  • Grievances issues: Becoming a bridge between Employer and Employee by addressing grievances.
  • Building Guidelines: Advising other managers on human resources issues and supporting HR executive and other staff. 
  • Workplace Culture: Promoting employee well-being and a safe place to work for.
  • Providing data: Providing data and analysis for decision making.
