Job Description

Urgently Required HR Manager for Job in Amritsar with Compliance, Labour Laws and Payroll Knowledge in Limited Industry and Pvt Limited Company.

Qualification:-Minimum Graduation Prefered MBA HR.

Salary:- Rs.50,000-Rs.70,000 per month.

Experience:- 5-15 years.

Key Responsibilites:

• Recruitment and hiring: Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Training and developing employees: Conducting orientation and training programs.
• Payroll & Compliance: Managing Payroll & Compliance issues. 
• Grievances issues: Becoming a bridge between Employer and Employee by addressing grievances.
• Building Guidelines: Advising other managers on human resources issues and supporting HR executive and other staff. 
• Workplace Culture: Promoting employee well-being and a safe place to work for.
• Providing data: Providing data and analysis for decision making.
